Job Description & Key Responsibility

Fundraising Manager

The role of a Fundraising managers will be to supervise and coordinate all operations within the organization to ensure required fund raising in a timely basis for various programs run by Feed One foundation. They will work closely with an internal team, as well as external clients, donors, and various other members of the community.
  • Conduct research on fundraising opportunities.
  • Preparing quarterly budgets based on various programs run by the organisation.
  • Prepare funding proposals and submitting these to potential donors.
  • Create awareness campaigns and come up with ingenious ways to raise awareness.
  • Implementing a variety of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Organizing various fund raising events and networking with relevant stakeholders.
  • Establishing good relationships with staff, members of the public, and the media
  • Graduate degree in PR, Fundraising, or any related field. Post Graduate/Master’s degree in Social Work or related field will be preferred
  • Total experience of 4-5 Years including 3-4 years’ experience in fundraising
  • Sound knowledge of the NGO & Charity Sector and passion to help underprivileged people of the society
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Excellent Verbal & Written Knowledge of English & Local Language is must

Fund Raiser Executive 

The role of a Fundraiser is to raise awareness about Feed One Foundation campaigns to people in shopping malls & Corporates; inspire them to contribute funds and become supporters for the noble causes we work for

  • Meet prospective clients, explain them about our campaigns and encourage them to support us financially.
  • Get a good understanding of what Feed One Foundation does and present that to prospective clients.
  • Represent Feed One Foundation in various events and activities and create a positive impact
  • Ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with a wide range of people
  • Energy and drive to inspire and passionate about helping people
  • Ability to work towards fundraising targets, accept and implement feedback and ensure Meeting set income targets by signing paid-supporters.
  • Keen desire to learn on the job
  • Any Graduate
  • Must have very good communication skills both in English and local language
  • 1-2 Years of similar experience
